Our Team

  • Esraa Smadi

    Founder & CEO of Aziza - Jo

    At Aziza, Esraa Smadi oversees the management of the gallery, curating exhibitions and ensuring a smooth operation of the space. She also conducts a variety of workshops and courses, sharing her expertise in art and design with the local community and fostering a creative environment for learning and artistic growth. Smadi is an architecture graduate from Jordan University of Science and Technology, where she was recognized for her artistic excellence. She also holds a diploma in sculpture from the National Institute of Fine Arts.

  • Jordan Al-Zu’Bi

    Director of the US Branch

    Dr. Al-Zu'Bi, Director of the US Branch, oversees operations, including art exhibitions and ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision. He manages the team, collaborates with local partners, and expands the organization's presence in the US. Additionally, Dr. Al-Zu'Bi develops growth strategies and builds relationships with artists and the community. He holds a Ph.D. and is a respected professor at the University of Colorado.
